There have been times in which I’ve noticed that the way I play my violin reflects the way I approach many detail-oriented objectives. I don’t worry about if I’m getting all of the notes right, or if I’m doing everything that is written on the page, or if I’m using all the techniques that are typically used for whatever I may be playing. I’m only thinking of one...

And it made me realize something. The only reason I was walking along that street was because I was avoiding studying for AP exams. But they were walking along that street because that’s what they do on a normal basis.
It made me think about what ticked me off the most about people. I always thought it was because they were too conservative or because they weren’t progressive enough....

What's the secret to happiness?
The secret to happiness is not caring about what people think of you, how much wealth you have, how your social life has played out, etc. Anything and everything that you have the potential to regret and resent is nearly inevitable, although I still believe in free will.

Do you believe there's intelligent life on other...
Not sure, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was. I don’t think that humans are the only species of “intelligent life” that exist, especially since the word “intelligent” itself does not describe humanity as a whole.

What was the worst advice you've ever received?
Any unsolicited advice tends to be somewhere on the list of worst advice I’ve ever received. In order to avoid describing any specific instances, I’ll just say that the worst advice that I receive tends to come from one who is either ignorant on the subject or closed-minded/conservative in their thinking/lifestyle. But that’s just me, I guess.

Do you masturbate?
Nope…especially since I don’t need to, if you know what I mean ;)

I left my house wearing braided pigtails, my black-rimmed glasses, my Cornell sweater (which is SO ironic because I’m not applying there~), Converse sneakers, and mismatched socks. And I just recently dyed my hair jet-black (although it’s fading :( )

Respecting my "boundaries" isn't just restricted...
Just claiming that you’re “curious” about my life doesn’t justify your asking of where I am, who I’m with, why I’m doing what I’m doing, and how I know the people I’m with. Do you think that my not answering of these questions justifies your anger towards me? -_____-

What rule do you find yourself always breaking?
I don’t break rules; I bend them. Rules are just boundaries that we should try to abide by. However, there are some that cannot be perceived as moral or necessary and the adherence to these rules should be determined by individuals/collectives. If a “rule” is not morally sound or extremely biased, it should not be considered a felony if one chooses not to follow it.

I know a number of straight-A students that are incapable of writing a speech or getting their point across.
I’ve met students with high grades that can’t seem to form a coherent sentence at least 50% of the time.
A major percentage of one’s GPA is determined by a student’s ability to fill in a bubble by identifying primary, secondary, and tertiary deviants of the right...
